Hot Rolled Pickled & Oiled
This type of steel is used to manufacture parts that do not require excessive care in surface appearance and should be covered as steel brackets, agricultural implements, etc.

Cold Rolled
It is used in the manufacture of parts with a lot of uses in which the surface appearance and mechanical properties have different levels of importance. This steel is used in punching parts, enclosures, stampings, steel tube, etc.

Galvanized
This steel is immersed in a bath of molten zinc and it's used in parts requiring corrosion resistance at a low cost. is commonly used in washing sheets, corrugated sheets, etc.

Galvanneal
The steel is immersed in a bath of molten zinc and then passes right through an annealing furnace. It is used in parts requiring a uniform zinc coating with good adhesion to resist sausages like body parts in cars.

Galvalume
Pre-painted. Steel coated with a uniform layer of paint. Usually used in embolventes appliances like washing machines and refrigerators.

Electro Galvanized
The steel is immersed in an electrolyte and by means of electricity is forced to deposit zinc on the steel surface. Used for parts requiring a uniform layer of zinc with strict control on appearance. Its use is usually in parts of home appliances.

Aluminized
This type of steel is immersed in a bath of molten aluminum. Steel is used in parts requiring improved corrosion resistance under high temperature and appearance, for example, in lining leaks in cars.

Stainless & Aluminized Stainless
This type of steel is added nickel to inhibit oxidation and improve the mechanical properties. Steel is used where high structural strength, resistance to corrosion and high temperatures and non-toxic properties is required.

ETP (Electrolytic Tinplate) & TFS (Tin Free Steel)
ETP provides good weldability and electrical conductivity and high corrosion resistance. The price of TFS is somewhat cheaper than the tin and not suitable for electric welding.

Grain-Oriented
Electrical steel with a strict control of the crystal orientation with respect to the cutting blade. Typically used in large power transformers and distribution transformers and certain audio output.

Non-Oriented
Electric steel no special processing done to control the crystal orientation. This steel contains a significant level of silicon isotropic magnetic properties. Commonly used in the cores of power transformers and distribution.

Motor Lamination
Electric steel with easy stamp and low wear. Also minimizes energy loss. It is commonly used in transformers, generators and motors.
